ONE OH EIGHT

I'm so lucky :)

I don't think I stop to think often enough
about how blessed I am
and the gifts I've received from God.

I have
a caring, loving family
the best friend a girl could ask for: her sister
the most amazing friend[s] - at work & at school
an extraordinary boyfriend - perfect in every way

it is only because of them that I am able to face the world
every morning I get up
and am able to sleep soundly in my bed at night
knowing they'll be there if I need them.

and I?
I hope they feel the same way towards me -
that no matter what, I will be there
ready to face anything
to take on anything for them
because that is my promise.

no matter how far we may be
no physical distance can truly separate us.
